The strength of this golden-yellow wine is immediately pleasing to the nose while its complexity explodes on the palate. The initial notes of fruit are followed by more discreet aromas of brioche and vanilla when the wine is allowed to age in the bottle. Brut Carte Jaune offers a perfect balance of finesse and forcefulness.

Veuve Clicquot Demi-Sec
A fine, even effervescence greets on the eye, the wine being a beautiful yellow with deep golden highlights. On the nose, it is rich in the scents of ripe fruit (candied fruits, berry liquor), with hints of toasts and brioche. In the mouth, the wine displays both roundness and mellowness, combined with a delightful freshness due to its gentle acidity. The aromas of ripe fruit are very noticeable.
The exceptionally fine weather conditions in September allowed the abundant crop of grapes to ripen beautifully. So between 23 September and 13 October, we harvested some very fine grapes in excellent conditions of health. The Pinot Noir wines are fruity and full-bodied; the Chardonnay wines show a lot of distinction, and the Pinots Meunier wines add a touch of gourmandise.
La Grande Dame 2004
The colour is luminous, sparkling gold with amber highlights. There is plenty of effervescence. The fine, light bead swirls up slowly and gracefully. The first nose reveals a definite mineral base, with noble fruit (white peaches, bergamot) and remarkable intensity. On agitating, the bouquet becomes gourmand and voluptuous with hints of brioche, nougat, apricot, vanilla, frangipane and jasmine.
