Emerald Sour

A herbal, sour apple twist on the classic whiskey sour.

What you’ll need:

40ml Tullamore D.E.W. Original Irish Whiskey
25ml Manzana Verde Liqueur
30ml lime juice
15ml green Chartreuse
10ml mint syrup
30ml egg whites
Quality fresh cubed ice

How to: Pour Tullamore D.E.W. Original Irish Whiskey, Manzana Verde, limejuice, green Chartreuse, mint syrup and egg whites into a shaker. First shake without ice to emulsify the egg whites, then shake over ice before straining into a chilled rocks glass. Add ice and garnish with mint bouquet – slap the mint to awaken the aroma!
