50 ml Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilège

8 Mint leaves

15 ml Simple syrup

1 Fresh mint on branch to garnish

1. Place the mint leaves in a tall Julep glass and gently press with a pestle to release flavours.
2. Add the other ingredients along with crushed ice.
3. Mix vigorously with a bar spoon.
4. Complete with crushed ice to fill and garnish with a sprig of mint
