What you’ll need

25ml coconut rum
100ml 4 pineapple juice
12.5ml tot simple syrup
12.5ml lemon juice
How to make it
Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice and shake well. Strain into a tall cocktail glass filled with ice and garnish with pineapple wedge and leaf.
