What you’ll need:

30ml Woodford Reserve Double Oaked
30ml Jack Daniel’s Rye Whiskey
15 ml simple syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters

How to: Add the Double Oaked, Rye Whiskey, simple syrup and bitters to mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into absinthe-rinsed tumbler, express lemon peel and discard.
