MONKEY SOURS
INGREDIENTS
50ml Monkey Shoulder Blended Malt Whisky
25ml Lemon juice
15ml Simple syrup
15ml Foaming agent (egg white or aquafaba)
3 dashes of Angostura Bitters
Fresh orange garnish
RECIPE
Combine all ingredients and shake with ice to chill. Strain over fresh ice and garnish with an orange wheel.
Preferred glassware: Rocks/Tumbler
GINGER MONKEY

Ginger Ale
Fresh orange
RECIPE
Pour Monkey Shoulder into a highball or rocks glass over ice. Top with Ginger Ale and garnish with an orange wedge.
