Herradura
tequila
super premium, 100% agave
The legend of Herradura Tequila begins in 1870 when its founder, Aurelio Lopez, was out inspecting the agave fields and saw a glint of silver on the dusty ground in the distance. When he picked the gleaming object up, it was a horseshoe which had caught the sunlight at the perfect angle.
It may not have been a treasure, but horseshoe means luck. He built his distillery on that very spot and named his tequila Herradura. Herradura means horseshoe in Spanish, and everyone knows that a horseshoe is a hand crafted neccessity for the serious rider and also an ancient symbol of luck and protection all over the world.

Herradura® Añejo
Blending modern and traditional distilling techniques, añejo was first introduced to the world by Casa Herradura in 1962. Since then Herradura Añejo is aged in American White Oak barrels for 25 months – an incredible 13 months beyond industry standards. The result is a remarkable smooth, amber-coloured liquid that melts on your tongue leaving notes of cooked agave, toasted oak and dried fruit.
Herradura® Reposado
Herradura® introduced the world to the first Reposado in 1974 and has been setting the standard very since. Aged longer than industry standard around 11 months. Reposado has a rich amber colour with notes of cooked agave, vanilla and butter. This additional time spent resting in charred American White Oak creates a smooth, sweet finish with a slight taste of spice. To reduce its environmental footprint, sustainable practices are integrated into every facet of their production process, from minimizing waste and purifying water to maximize energy efficiency.
